How do I book a room?
Message us directly on WhatsApp at 98400 45444 with your dates, number of guests, and preferred room. We'll confirm availability and hold your room. All bookings at Art Le Stay are handled over WhatsApp — we don't use third-party booking engines.
Why should I book directly instead of through an OTA?
Guests who book directly with us get complimentary swimming pool access. Bookings made through OTAs or other third-party booking platforms carry an additional charge of ₹300 per person, per day, for pool use. Booking direct also gets you our best available rate.
What are the swimming pool timings and rules?
The pool is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please shower before entering the pool, avoid food, glass, or drinks poolside, and no diving or jumping into shallow areas. Direct-booking guests get pool access at no extra charge; outside bookings are charged ₹300 per person, per day.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
Is breakfast included?
All our room packages include breakfast. Lunch and dinner are available as paid add-ons — see our Add-on Packages section for details and pricing.
Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes, we arrange airport transfers from Chennai or Puducherry airport for ₹2,000 per trip (1–4 guests). Just let us know your flight details when booking.
Can I bring extra guests beyond the room capacity?
Extra guests can be accommodated with an additional mattress for ₹500 per night, subject to room capacity and availability. Please mention this when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
Do you allow pets?
Please message us before booking if you're travelling with a pet, so we can confirm whether it works for your specific room and dates.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Please use designated outdoor areas.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please inform us via WhatsApp as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We'll work with you on rescheduling where possible. For specific cancellation terms tied to your booking, please confirm directly with us at the time of booking.
How do I get to Art Le Stay?
We're located at Royal Mother City Layout, Auroville Main Road, Edayanchavadi, Tamil Nadu 605101 — just after the Auroville Visitor Centre parking. See the map on our homepage for exact directions.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available on-site for guests.
